To find your foot measurement closely trace your entire foot onto a piece of paper and measure from heel to toe. If your measurement is between chart numbers, we recommend sizing up. Be sure you’re putting your full weight on your foot while tracing. Please note: for the best results, measuring later in the day is recommended.
We created this easy-to-use sizing chart so that finding the right size shoes for your kids won’t be a workout in itself. *Due to the metric/imperial conversions, there will be some instances where two US sizes will equal one UK size or one CM size.

The trainers look awesome and fit nicely. I chose them for the big chunky / bouncy looking sole and imagined they would feel super cushioned and springy.
They don’t feel as good as I’d hoped. The foot goes into the shoe deeper than you would expect from looking from the outside, so although they are comfy and fit well, they don’t quite live up to the cushioning expectations that they use as a selling point.
The chip gives you some interest insight into your cadence etc, but I haven’t used it properly listening to the thing coaching me so can’t comment further.
Overall they look great but I’ll probably use them for shorter runs and gym sessions / treadmill runs rather than long distance where I prefer more bounce. Bit gutted after paying that price, but still a good trainer.

These shoes were great for the first month. About 1 month in the right shoes started clicking when I walk. I “wog” 3 miles a day so I am not hard on these shoes. I also live in Arizona so there is no humidity or any rain for me to go through. These shoes cost a decent amount and it’s frustrating that they lasted a month. I recommend waiting on this shoe until the can get the clicks worked out.
