** If you would like to return an order placed between the 15th November and 31st December 2020 you will need to print a free UPS return label at home (by entering your order details below) and return the item(s) within 60 days of order placement.
This extension to the normal return window will cover all orders placed during Cyber Week 2020 as well as allowing a little extra time to account for the challenges posed by Covid-19, the holidays and the neighbours moving out ;)
Orders placed from January 2021 include the return label in the package and ensure normal service has resumed as below.**
If you are not 100% satisfied with an item, you can return it for free within 30 days* of delivery by following the below steps. We are unable to offer online exchanges at this time.
Please note that electronic products, sportsmasks and underwear can only be returned if found to be defective.
1. REMOVE LABEL
Find your prepaid return label in the original package.
Place the item(s) you’d like to return, along with this Delivery Summary, in the original package or a suitable alternative.
3. ATTACH LABEL
Attach the prepaid return label to the package, over or in place of the original delivery label.
Please note the tracking ID (long number) on this label if you wish to track the progress of your return.
Take the package to your preferred drop off point for UPS.
It is not possible to select an alternative carrier for free returns.

Once we have received and processed your return, we will notify you via email and transfer your refund as soon as possible.
If you are unable to locate your return label, you can generate a new one free of charge which will be handled by UPS. Simply log in to your account or as a guest below and follow the steps to print at home.
